Error description
In version 7.0.0.0 the IPv6 behavior is "always on". Prior to V7 the IPv6 default behavior is "always off" until enabled via configuration. IPv6 link-local addresses should not be present unless IPv6 is in use.

IPv6 link-local addresses are present on every interface even when IPv6 is not otherwise used.
