IT03652: MQ 8.0: Clarification needed in documentation regarding MQCSP password protection

APAR status

• Closed as documentation error.

Error description

• No password protection will be performed by IBM MQ if
  MQCSP.AuthenticationType is set to its default value of zero.
  
  MQCSP.AuthenticationType must be set to 1 (ie. constant name
  MQCSP_AUTH_USER_ID_AND_PWD) so that the additional checks will
  be evaluated, to decide whether password protection will be
  done.
  
  (0 = MQCSP_AUTH_NONE)
  (1 = MQCSP_AUTH_USER_ID_AND_PWD)
  
  The above clarification will be added in a form relevant within
  context, to the following parts of the MQ Knowledge Center.
