APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SNMP timeout value is hard coded to a value of 500.  Unable to
  increase timeout value for debugging.

Problem conclusion

• Added a configurable value from device/conf/User.properties
  ->SnmpInitialTimeout=1000
  Device Server needs to be restarted.
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for the following maintenance
