APAR status

Error description

• When configuring an SSH Remote Profile, the Remote User field
  does not allow the "." character.
  Create a new profile: Trading Partner > SSH > Remote Profiles
  The Remote User field does not allow the "." character and an
  error message "Remote User Contains Invalid Characters" is
  displayed.
  

Local fix

• Workaround:
  1. Create the profile with a false "remote user" name
  such as XXXXX.
  2. Create an exported resource file in XML format for the SSH
  Remote Profile.
  3. Edit the exported resource file and change XXXXX to the
  required profile (which contains the "." character).
  4. Import the resource file.
