APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When large messages are extracted by the POP Poller Front Side
  Handler, they are showing truncated if quoted-printable encoded.
  
  Messages with header
  "Content-Transfer-Encoding:quoted-printable", the INPUT is
  *truncated*;
  
  The identical QP-encoded payload, but with the header
  "Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable" removed, the
  INPUT is complete.
  

Local fix

• Use Base64 encoding instead of Quoted-Printable encoding.
  

Problem summary

• Affected is the use of POP Poller Front Side Handler. Large
  quoted-printable encoded payloads might be truncated in
  transactions.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is availble in 5.0.0.17, 6.0.0.9, 6.0.1.5 and 7.0.0.2.
