Error description

• During server startup, the initial status collection may
  encounter errors related to a missing ASSOCIATIONS view.
  
  The problem is timing related and may not occur on every server
  startup.

Local fix

• No action is required - the error can be safely ignored.
  Subsequent status collections will not encounter the error
  because the ASSOCIATIONS view will have been created before the
