Error description

• Serviceability issue with Fabric Probe's Agent Assignment logic.
  
  Fabric Probe job log messages such as the following may appear:
  2014-07-01 21:23:09.266-0700 BTADS0090E There are no agents that
  are currently available to probe fabric 2209547FEED11111.
  2014-07-01 21:23:09.266-0700 BTADS0090E There are no agents that
  are currently available to probe fabric 200B000DEC432222.
  2014-07-01 21:23:09.266-0700 BTADS0090E There are no agents that
  are currently available to probe fabric 20C8000DEC433333.
  2014-07-01 21:23:09.266-0700 BTADS0090E There are no agents that
  are currently available to probe fabric 200100059B7A4444.

  With ith the default trace settings for Fabric, there is no
  trace log messages that explain why there are no agents
  available for a fabric.  This APAR request is to improve the
  trace logging for the FabricProbeAgentAssigner code.
