• A compilation error for below valid schema snippet might occur.
  Though this complies to XML schema specification, this error
  might be reported:
  "xmlmgr (default):  xsd:  Request failed to compile.  Fatal
  Error at local:///my.xsd:32:  src-ct:  <simpleType> must be
  first child of <restriction>.  Referenced by local:///my.xsd."

Local fix

Problem summary

• Affected is compiling a XML Schema with xs:complexType according
   src-ct (3.4.3) 2.1.2
  (http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-1/#d0e7923).
  
  DataPower does not compile the Schema and throws compile error.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 6.0.0.10, 6.0.1.6, 7.0.0.3 and 7.1.0.0.
