Error description

• When installing storage agent 6.2, 6.3 or 7.1, or upgrading to
  it, if the install code is
  located in a path containing the word 'dsmsta', for example:
  /software/dsmsta
  
  it will fail with error:
  
  TSM storage agent is running. Installation cannot continue ...
  
  In the .xml log it can be seen:
  ERROR:
  com.tivoli.dsm.prereq.stagent.StagentRunningCheck.validate(62) :
  Running
  storage agent is detected. Installation cannot continue.
  
  
  The same applies for server install and upgrade with
  words "dsmserv" and "dsmsvc".
  
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager versions affected:
  Server and Storage Agent 6.2, 6.3 and 7.1 on all supported
  platforms

Local fix

• Move install code to a new path not including 'dsmsta' or
  'dsmserv' or 'dsmsvc', and repeat the install/upgrade.
