Error description

• When invalid TLS records are sent to ISAM clients, in specific
  rare situations it might result in high CPU utilization.
  

Local fix

• Execute an immediate restart of the DataPower appliance.
  

Problem summary

• When an invalid TLS record is sent to ISAM clients and the
  connection is immediately closed, it could result in high CPU
  utilization. This would happen only when the ISAM policy and
  registry servers are hostile and they send invalid records.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 5.0.0.16, 6.0.0.8, 6.0.1.4, and 7.0.0.1.
