Error description

• Customer is trying to use LDAP - authentication. It is working
  for several users except for one user. This user is trying to
  use a password which has & in it.
  User is able to connect to SI dashboard with
  the same password but not able to connect to a web extension, (
  using same user name and password).
  As both are using LDAP authentication, we believe there is an
  issue with the way the user authenticates to SI web extensions.

  In trying to use LDAP authentication a user is trying to use a
  password which has ampersand in it. This user is able to connect
  to SI dashboard with the same password but not able to connect
