Error description

• You are running Informix with OPTCOMPIND set to 2. You noticed
  that a simple query against a fragmented table takes more time
  if PDQ is enabled. You checked the query plans and found that
  the Informix optimizer assigns lower cost to a plan with
  sequential scan (PDQ enabled) while the plan used without PDQ
  uses index path, takes less time but costs more.
