APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• the tpc device server becomes unresponsive. symptoms include an
  error when trying to login to the legacy gui stating that tpc is
  unable to communicate with the device server. errors may also be
  seen in the tpc logs about failure to connect to the
  servicemanager url when multiple subsystem probes are running.
  

Local fix

• edit the <tpc>/wlp/usr/servers/deviceServer/server.xml file. add
  the line:
  <executor coreThreads="15" />
  after the '</datasource>' line and before the
