APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In large environments, the  report can run 10 minutes or
  substantially more. This occurs because by default, there are
  similar SQL queries for all four charts on the report and one
  for the list on the report, therefore running 5 large queries
  at the same time.
  

Local fix

• Use Custom Date Ranges and not relative dates. Also contact
  support for performance fix.

Problem conclusion

• The issue has been solved by using shared queries. The report
  should run now faster(in less than 3 min).
