IP23699: CONNECTION MANAGERS 3.70.XC8 AND 4.10.XC3 DON'T DE-REGISTER THEMSELVES CORRECTLY FROM THE IDS INSTANCE ON SOME PLATFORMS

Error description

• If you shut down the Connection manager 3.70.xC8 or 4.10.xC3
  running on Linux x86_64 or Solaris platforms using 'oncmsm -k
  <CM_name>' or 'oncmsm -k -c <CM_conf_file>, you will see the
  following message in the instance message log:
  
  09:44:29  CM:Connection manager cm1 registered with the server
  ....
  09:48:35  CM:Session for Connection manager cm1 terminated
  
  The CM's session termination also causes an alarm with severity
  3 and class 43 generated.
  
  In case the correct de-registration would be done, the following
  messages should be seen:
  
  10:43:38  CM:Connection manager cm1 registered with the server
  ...
  10:44:54  CM:Connection manager cm1 de-registered with the
  server
