APAR status

Error description

• Upgrade to Content Manager Version 8.5 fix pack 3 resource
  manager reflects that the installation and configuration were
  successful. However, the initialization of the resource manager
  fails.
  
  The resource manager icmrm.logfile reports the following error:
  
  "SELECT 1 FROM  RMOBJECTS WHERE OBJ_SIGNATURE IS NOT NULL"
  returned true.

Problem conclusion

• The problem is fix in IBM Content Manager Version 8.5 Fix Pack
  5.
  The resource manager code is changed to check for null or empty
  string when it queries the OBJ_SIGNATURE column of RMOBJECTS
  table.
