IO09359: STICKY NOTE ANNOTATION DUPLICATED ON SIDE BY SIDE LAYOUT

Error description

• While you are drawing a Sticky Note annotation on
  the small pane of side by side view, you can see
  two sticky notes.  Here's the script to reproduce:
  1.  Open an image in side-by-side layout.  2.
  After you select side by side make the right side
  smaller by zooming out and then put the sticky
  note on that page.  You will see what appears to
  be two sticky notes.  Once the text is written,
  the second will go away.  It seems to be showing
  the mirrored sticky not on the left but on the
  right as well so you have what appears to be two
  sticky notes on the right side.  I have attached
  additional information.

Problem summary

• The area displayed to edit a text or sticky note annotation is
  misplaced on the page.  When in side by side layout, there may
  temporarily be 2 edit boxes for a single sticky note
  annotations.  For text annotations, the edit box may be
  misplaced as you edit.
  
  This has been fixed in CM83 FP10.
  

Problem conclusion

• The sticky note annotation edit box and the text annotation edit
  box will be correctly placed.
