IJ29964: ADDING SUPPORT FOR IBM PASE FOR I 7.4

APAR status

Error description

• This APAR does not describe a product defect.
  
  It signifies that IBM PASE for i 7.4 will be supported starting
  from the XL C/C++ for AIX, V16.1.0.7 PTF.
  
  When installing the base GA release of XL C/C++ for AIX, V16.1
  on PASE i 7.4, ensure that the updated xlCcmp.16.1.0.ndi fileset
  from the latest PTF update is used, otherwise installation will
  not complete with the original base GA xlCndi installation
  script:
  
  
  $ restore -qf xlCcmp.16.1.0.ndi_V.R.M.F.bff
                           ./opt/IBM/xlC/16.1.0/bin/xlCndi
