Users compiling with XL C/C++ for AIX V16.1 and optimization may
be affected by this issue.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
The compiler was generating incorrect code due to an incorrect
displacement calculation
 that was over-writing a previously initialized struct.

Problem conclusion

  • The compiler has been fixed.
