During the discovery of Weblogic Server, WeblogicLauncherSensor
was not able to parse config.xml as it contains a Polish
character which result in sensor failure.
As a fix for this issue, TADDM should parse config.xml with
UTF-8 encoding which lets sensor to parse these Polish
characters successfully.
