Error description

• When using the CICS CM explorer plugin to define a TCPIPSERVICE
  with Protocol(ECI), the attempt fails in CICS with the
  following message:
  .
  DFHCA5506 E 06/25/2019 06:06:48 CICS1234 ???????? CCVA COMMAND
  NOT EXECUTED. FOR PROTOCOL(ECI) MANY OPTIONS, INCLUDING URM, ARE
  MEANINGLESS.
  .
  It fails because the attributes passed to CICS for this
  TCPIPSERVICE definition specify Protocol(ECI) and a URM.  It is
  not valid to have a URM on a Protocol(ECI) TCPIPSERVICE.

Local fix

Problem summary

• When using the CICS CM explorer plug-in to define a TCPIPSERVICE
  with Protocol(ECI) with the URM not set, it fails because the
  default value for URM in TCPIPSERVICE is "DFHWBAAX" rather than
  an empty string.
  

Problem conclusion

• When using the CICS CM explorer plug-in to define a TCPIPSERVICE
  with Protocol(ECI) with the URM not set, it no longer fails.
  The default value for URM in TCPIPSERVICE is now an empty
  string.

  The default value for URM when the selected protocol is IPIC has
   also been updated from "DFHWBAAX" to "DFHISAIP".
  .
  This fix will be made available in Version 5.4.0.8 of the CICS
  Configuration Manager plug-in for CICS Explorer.
