APAR status

Error description

• This APAR is used to indicate that the C++ Runtime package has
  been updated (starting from the V16.1.0.0 GA)
  to support C++11 and C++14 Standard runtime implementations via
  a new library called libc++.a.
  
  libc++.a is part of the new libc++.rte fileset mentioned in the
  link below:

  m.xlcpp161.aix.doc/install/xlcpprte_filesets.html
  
  In order to use the new libc++.a, you will need to compile your
  programs with the clang based compiler frontend that
  is shipped with V16.1.0.0 ie by using the new xlclang/xlclang++
  compiler invocations.
