Error description

• Enhance the listSitAssociation Command Line command such that if
  the user specifies the -a  option with an asterisk as its value,
  tbe command will list all the nodes which
  compose the Navigator Tree.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Enhance the Command Line Interface command 'listSitAssociations'
   such that if a user specified an asterisk (*) for the value of
  the NavItem (-a) parameter, then the command will return the
  list of associated Situtations for all the navigator items in
  the Physical navigator.
  
  
  When an asterisk character is specified for the value of the
  listSitAssociations command navItem (-a) parameter, the command
  will return all associated Situations for all navigator node.
  

Problem conclusion

• Allow the asterisk character (*) as input for the navItem (-a)
  parameter.
  
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
