Error description

• TADDM ships a DB2 driver for the lowest version of DB2
  supported(9.7): IBM DB2 JDBC Universal Driver Architecture
  3.64.106
  
  Many customers are running a later version of DB2 and should
  update to a newer driver for enhanced capability and
  performance.
  
  Fix packs should not overlay the db2 driver if it exists at
  dist/lib/jdbc/db2jcc.jar so that customer updated drivers are
  preserved.
  

Local fix

• Backup dist/lib/jdbc/db2jcc.jar before applying any fix pack,
  and replace it after.
  
  We recommend that TADDM customers using a DB2 database maintain
  dist/lib/jdbc/db2jcc.jar at the same level as their
  TADDM database server. The driver can be obtained from the TADDM
  DB server or it can be downloaded from;

  By default, the property
  "com.collation.install.jdbc.db2.upgrade" shall be set to false.
  This will not overwrite the customer's db2 driver during
  upgrade. If someone wishes to use the driver shipped with
  TADDM, this property can be set to true.
