IJ03067: TADDM INCORRECTLY PARSES THE SMBIOS INFORMATION AS OPPOSED TO THE BIOS INFORMATION WHEN QUERYING DMIDECODE.

Error description

• When querying DMIDecode for the BIOSName, TADDM parses out the
  SMBIOS version instead of the actual BIOS version. In RHEL 7.3
  it parses out the following information as the structure of
  DMIDecode changed in 7.3:

  We are also proposing and L3 has agreed that the BIOSName field
  should be changed to BIOSVersion in the next Fixpack. The new
  XML entry would be:

  This reflects the actual BIOS Version and makes the name of the
  field better identifiable.
