IJ00860: LDAPSERVICEAGENT IS UPDATING THE SAME HOSTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After running L3 discovery and snapshot, the LDAPServiceAgent
  is doing an update to the discovered LDAP servers every time.
  LDAPServiceAgent should only be acting on CIs that were
  updated since the last time the agent ran, but the logs show
  that its acts on the same CIs every time it is run.
  The following is run by the customer to show the issue:
  1. run a level 3 discovery that finds and stores LDAP hosts
  2. Run
  $COLLATION_HOME/bin/snapshot.sh take
  (finds the computer systems)
  3. Then run
  $COLLATION_HOME/support/bin/runtopobuild.sh -a LDAPServiceAgent
  -w
  (no additional discovery is taken)
  4. Run another
  $COLLATION_HOME/bin/snapshot.sh take
  shows the same systems that should have been stored previously.
