Error description

• Problem description
  The zones are not showing up in the database or in the UI
  since it seems that all the zones are using the same
  networking, which is used to set the 'signature' attribute. This
  is causing all of the zones to merge.
  
  With the current changes if TAddm  detects a
  situation where the IP address is set to 0.0.0.0, does
  not set the signature.
