Error description

• When upgrading Tivoli Storage Manager server from 5.5 to
  6.x or 7.1 server release in a language other than English,
  the dsmupgdx wizard fails with return code 10 when doing
  the preparedb step.

  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 7.1 on AIX, HP-UX,
  Solaris, Linux, and Windows.

  Change LANGUAGE option in dsmserv.opt to LANGUAGE AMENG and
  restart the upgrade process.
