APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When NODEFDAC is set, and SELECT role is ganted to a user (not
  the database creator nor informix),
  dbschema does not run properly. The error messages are also
  confusing.
  
  The dbschema of the table returns a -999: not implanted error,
  while the dbscheama -hd for the distribution
  returns a -272: no SELECT permission error on the table where it
  should have returned the error on the sysdist
  procedure for the table.
