    Visual Studio 2010. VB.NET, framework 4.0.
    PComm Interop 6.0.8 or 6.0.9
    
    General description:
    Application is using the interop libraries to communication via
    mainframe 3270 emulator. Emulator session and functions operate
    normally until the user presses 'delete' or 'insert'. Those
    keypresses throw "A first chance exception of type 'System.
    AccessViolationException' occurred in System.Windows.Forms.dll"

    Visual Basic application is registered with PCOM 5250 HACL
    KeyEvent. When Delete or Insert key is pressed on the 5250
    emulator Presentation Space, the HACL application crashes
    with an APPCRASH exception.
    

Problem conclusion

  • AUTPS.DLL has been changed to handle memory allocation and
    deallocation while capturing key events.
    
    Fix is scheduled for PCOM 6.0.10 Refresh Pack
