Error description

• A delivery unit from table T_SMAC_DELIVERY_UNIT is not shown in
  https://<tpc-server>:9551/SRMAPI/SMAC/DeliveryUnits nor in
  https://<tpc-server>:9551/SRMAPI/SMACGUI.
  As a consequence, the DU cannot be managed with portal (SCO)
  anymore.
