Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager is not properly handling an
  error returned from the Storage Management Subsystem (SMS)
    catalog. A ANR9999D is generated rather than indicating
    there was a mount failure:
      ANR9999D_2231172434 OpenActiveVol(asvolmnt.c:4756)
        Thread<nnn>: Unknown result code (-1) from pvrOpen.
