No Transition for Status OCB3P and Event CAPI2_DISCONNECT_IND in
protocol engine.

There is a error during ISDN mode transfer:
ERROR in the OFTP log says: No Transition for Status OCB3P and
Event CAPI2_DISCONNECT_IND in protocol engine
CAPI_PO_OFTP_ISDN_SERVER_ADAPTER_1.
