APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a B2B Partner Profile is configured with a username and
  password for an 'ebMS2' destination, the Basic Authentication
  (Auth) header is not included in the initial outbound CPA
  enforced ebMS request.
  

Local fix

• Configure a Basic-Auth Policy with the username and password
  and attach that to the User Agent of the XML Manager used
  by the B2B Gateway service.
  (B2B Gateway -> XML Manager -> User Agent -> Basic-Auth Policy).
  

Problem summary

• Affected is the use of the ebMS2 protocol.
  
  If the username and password are set in CPA Sender Setting, it
  is not populated in the outbound ebMS message Basic
  Authentication header.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 5.0.0.13, 6.0.0.5 and  6.0.1.1.
