APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The service.bat in TPC 5.1.1 Fix Pack 2 failed to collect the
  msinfo32 reports.
  It failed with error:
  Running command: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
  Shared\MSInfo\msinfo32.exe" /report
  C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\TPC\service\data\cli\..\msInfo.txt
  java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Executable name has embedded
  quote, split the arguments
  
  The problem is caused by the JRE 1.6 SR13 embedded in TPC
  5.1.1.2.
  

Local fix

• Collect the msinfo32 report manually. i.e:
  in a windows command line (cmd) run
  "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
  Shared\MSInfo\msinfo32.exe" /report C:\msinfo.txt

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed. The service utility collects the
  msinfo file.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for the following maintenance
