Error description

• MQRFH2 service used in a BP to insert MQRFH2 header into MQ
  Message. According to the WebSphere Message Broker
  documentation,
  the NameValueLength expresses the Length of NameValueData and it
  should be a multiple of four. However, the generated
  NameValueLength is 001A (=26). It is not a multiple of four. On
  the other hand, the length of NameValueData is 28 bytes. So it
  causes a problem when the other application parses RFH2 header.
