APAR status

Error description

  • Attempt to convert character encoding of a message from
CCSID 932 to CCSID 1208 in a Japanese environment by sending a
message to the MQ server using BPML with CCSID 932 set in it
and having WSMQ Async Receive adapter configured with CCSID
1208 to pick up that message.
The adapter does not pick up the message and the below error is
thrown in the WSMQsuite.log

Problem Description:
Attempt to convert character encoding of a message from
CCSID 932 to CCSID 1208 in a Japanese environment by sending a
message to the MQ server using BPML with CCSID 932 set in it
and having WSMQ Async Receive adapter configured with CCSID
1208 to pick up that message.
The adapter does not pick up the message and the below error is
thrown in the WSMQsuite.log
