Error description

• In an Operations Center hub/spoke configuration, the hub server
  can crash
  during hub/spoke communication exchanges.
  
  
  On AIX, dbx will show:

Local fix

• Disable the use of the server's command help.
  To do this rename the Hub server's command help file to
  something else.  This can be done whilst the server is still
  running.
  
  For example;
  Running server with LANGUAGE fr_FR.
  Find the help file in the 'fr_FR' subdirectory of where the
  server executable is installed.  For example:
  /opt/tivoli/tsm/server/bin/fr_FR/dsmfr_FR.hlp
  
  Rename that file to something else like
  /opt/tivoli/tsm/server/bin/fr_FR/dsmfr_FR.hlp.save
  
  After rename of the server's help file, one won't be able to
  get help content using the HELP command.
  Later when the fix is available, rename the help file
  back to it's original name.
