Error description

• In the event that a multi-threaded no-query restore operation
  should fail due to a communication failure, restarting the
  restore operation may result in a single-threaded restore.  This
  can significantly affect the performance of the restore
  operation.

  show the client attempting to start multiple restore sessions on
  the server, however, all but one of these sessions will end
