IC95021: ANR0102E ERROR 1202 INSERTING ROW IN TABLE DRMTRPF UPON SELECT AGAINST DRMTRPF VIEW

Error description

• When submitting a dsmadmc select command against the DRMTRPF,
  e.g. "select * from DRMTRPF" to query Tivoli Storage Manager
  recovery plan files, the following error might be reported:
  ANR0102E admsql.c(5462): Error 1202 inserting row in table
  "DRMTRPF".
  
  The symptom is seen if two or more servers
  - define their device class for recovery plan file to the same
  target server
  and
  - the servers run a PREPARE command at the same time up to the
  second.
  
  This will generate two plan files with the same name:
  
  The naming convention for the archive object that contains the
  recovery plan file on the target server is:
     Filespace name:  ADSM.SERVER
     High-level qualifier:
  devclassprefixﾙservername.yyyymmdd.hhmmss
     Low-level qualifier: RPF.OBJ.1
  The recovery plan file virtual volume name as recorded in the
  volume history table on the source server is in the format
  servername.yyyymmdd.hhmmss.

Local fix

• use the QUERY RPF instead
  To prevent from the symptom, do not run PREPARE commands for
  multiple server nodes to the same target server at the same time
