  • The process should at least go into HOLD HE after CSPA010I has
occurred.
Root Cause Analysis: Most Secure+ errors, including CSPA010E,
were considered non-retryable errors.

Problem Description:
After Secure+ session initialization had failed with CSPA010E
(Strong authentication timeout), the process simply failed. It
did not retry nor go into HOLD HE.

Problem conclusion

  • Resolution Summary:
Updated the error handling to make CSPA010E a retryable error
condition.
