Error description

• On both the cached and the download clients the HOD session,when
  it is first started from the HOD Desktop, does not have initial
  focus.
  
  A user cannot type in the screen until the user manually gains
  focus in the HOD window (click in the window,minimize and
  maximize it, alt-tab away and alt-tab back to it, etc.
  This issue was resolved in HOD 11.0.7 but has resurfaced in
  HOD 11.0.8.
  
  The sessions will have the initial focus if default option
  Standard Host On-Demand Client is selected while creating the
  HTML page(In Additional Options Panel -->Advanced  Options -->
  Appearance) on the server side.The issue manifests with grid of
  buttons while creating the html page.

  The problem was happening because a fix provided for focus
  oscillation with JRE 1.4 was not working with JRE 1.7.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the code to work with JRE 1.7.
  
  Fix will be available in HOD 11.0.9 Refresh Pack
