Error description

• CM's for cluster do not seem to stay connected to all the
  Informix servers in the cluster, nor to the ER node. The CM
  disconnects from the informix server and then rapidly
  reconnects.
  
  Messages on Informix server, in online.log:
  
  CM:Session for Connection manager <CMNAME> terminated abnormally
  usually followed by:
  CM:Connection manager <CMNAME> registered with the server
  
  In the CM logs:
  
  Connection Manager disconnected from <INFORMIXSERVER>
  usually followed by:
  Connection Manager successfully connected to <INFORMIXSERVER>
  
  Also in the CM logs, possibly references to EVENT_TIMEOUT,
  SECONDARY_EVENT_TIMEOUT, and "Error:open database sysmaster
  failed".
