Error description

• When running the first node replication to a new target Tivoli
  Storage Manager server, and specifying multiple nodes in the
  'replicate node' command, the replication can fail with error,
  'ANR0102E nrmain.c(4830): Error 1202 inserting row in table
  "Replicating.Servers"'. Subsequent multiple node replications to
   the same server will not fail this way.
  
  The 1202 error is defined as 'GRC_KEY_EXISTS'. This means that
  the insert has failed due to a key constraint. The error can
  occur when multiple threads corresponding to multiple nodes
  being replicated select a row from the target server's
  REPLICATING_SERVERS table simultaneously, and the node
  replication from the source to the target server has never been
  run before. The threads then attempt to insert into the
  REPLICATING_SERVERS table information about the replicating
  server. The first thread to run the INSERT will succeed and
  the second thread will fail.
  

Local fix

• Run the 'replicate node' command again. The error should not
  occur a second time.
