Error description
On Tivoli Storage Manager server 6.2 and 6.3 on Solaris platform, some packages of Tivoli System Automation for Multiplatforms are installed unnecessarily and may not be removed with "Uninstall_Tivoli_Storage_Manager". Here is an example for the result of "pkginfo | grep IBM" command from OS prompt. It can be seen that some packages related to TSAMP remains even after running "Uninstall_Tivoli_Storage_Manager". Local fix
When the packages are not used by other applications and it could be judged that they can be removed, the "uninstallSAM" script under "/opt/IBM/tsamp/sam" directory can be used after "Uninstall_Tivoli_Storage_Manager" completes.
