APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When SRAs are installed in non-daemon mode and then explicitly
  disabled, a database connection leak can occur and use up the
  available database connections.
  
  com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-1040,
  SQLSTATE=57030, SQLERRMC=null, DRIVER=3.62.56
  
  Most SRAs are installed with daemon mode and would not encounter
  this.

Problem summary
