Error description

• DETAIL OF PROBLEM:
  When the LDAP referal setting in TIP is set to "follow" instead
  of the default "ignore", the TPC 5.1.x installers fail to
  migrate the setting resulting in the TIP v2.2 being configured
  to the default setting of "ignore".
  This causes the upgrade to fail.  Observed messaging in
  msgTPCInstall.log shows the following:

  occurred while executing this line:

  occurred during the installation of the Tivoli Integrated
  Portal. Review the log files for more information.. Review the

  There is no messaging specific to the LDAP referal setting
  migration failure, making this a difficult to diagnose
  situation.
  RECREATE STEPS:
  Perform 5.1.x upgrade in an environment configured with LDAP
  Referal set to "follow" in TIP.
