• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On Tivoli Storage Manager server 6.3, ANR8964W message is
  unexpectedly displayed while running "restore db".
  The restore operation itself ends successfully.
  This only happens with if the backup image was written to tape
  volume.
  
  The reason for this error message was Tivoli Storage Manager
  server tried to update the drive's path online parameter when it
  should not since the database is in the process of being
  restored and definitions can not be updated until the restore is
  complete.
  
  
  Here is an example for the result of "restore db" command.
