APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A Web Service Proxy returns only the response headers (not the
  body) if the probe is on and if there are Operation Conformance
  Policy entries. The headers and the body are returned if the
  probe is off.
  

Local fix

• Using Objects > Service Configuration > Web Service Proxy,
  remove all the Operation Conformance Policy entries
  on the Operation Conformance Policy tab (scroll far to the right
  to find that tab).
  

Problem summary

• Affected is the use of an Operation Conformance Policy within a
  Web Service Proxy.
  
  If Probe is turned on, an empty response is returned to the
  client.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 5.0.0.10 and 6.0.0.2.
