APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After upgrading to HOD 11.0.7.0 HOD plugin the customer could
  not connect using SSL. They got a COMM 657 error.
  Vanilla HOD worked fine, but not the HOD plugin.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  *                 certificate.                                 *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If WCT plugin is installed in Lotus     *
  *                      Expeditor and uses SHA2 certificate     *
  *                      for the SSL connection, Session will    *
  *                      not connect.                            *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  This problem was occuring because current SSLlite Package for
  WCT plug-in does not support SHA2 certificate.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is resolved by upgrading the SSLlite Package for
  the WCT plugin to support SHA2.
  
  Fix scheduled for HOD 11.0.8 Refresh Pack
